At Total QSR In light of the situation happening globally we just wanted to advise you of the below.

As a service company crucial to the hospitality business we are happy to advise that our systems are functioning as normal and therefore believe that we will be able to continue offering the reliable service that we have always endeavoured to provide on a daily basis.

We have taken measures to ensure that our staff; office and field based, are aware of the precautions that they should be taking with regard to their own and others health and can confirm that the most up to date advice is followed.

With this in mind we are still attending sites and supporting our customers, we believe this is a time to pull together. We understand many sites have taken the choice to close there doors and only offer delivery services therefore we want you to know that in this time we can still support you and help keep you open for business.

We are service partners for some of the biggest food and drink brands. Working 24/7 nationwide with an average first-time fix rate of 92% our catering experts can assist with commercial equipment sales, installation, servicing, repair - and ensure Health and Safety compliance. We also have an electrical team that cover fixed wire testing and PATS and much more.

We currently work on proNETT, |Ostara, Bellrock’s concerto and Lens and Agility job management portals and would be happy to train and implement any new portals that you may use.
